Soveran is in a private beta. This is the same text you see in the app under Profile → About.

What we collect
Account: your email, name and sport.
Daily check-ins: sleep, sleep quality, stress, soreness and where, hydration and breakfast.
School (only if you connect Canvas): courses, current scores, assignments, due dates, submission status, calendar events and course syllabi.
Team schedule you enter: practices, lifts, games and travel.
Sove: your conversations and the facts you ask Sove to remember.
Settings: your check-in reminder time and your choices on schedule conflicts (stored on your iPhone).
Website beta list: if you request an invite on our website, we keep only that email address and the date, to send your invite.
How Sove uses AI
When you message Sove, we send OpenAI the parts it needs to answer: your profile, recent check-ins, schedule, school work, what Sove remembers and the recent conversation. Syllabus import sends the syllabus text.
Under OpenAI’s API terms, data sent through the API is not used to train their models by default.
Sove can make mistakes. It recommends; you decide.
Canvas and school records
Soveran only reads Canvas. It never submits work, posts or changes anything.
Your Canvas access token is stored on our server only and is never shown in the app.
Disconnect anytime in Profile → Connections. That removes all Canvas data from Soveran.
Health and check-in data
Check-ins are your own wellness ratings, not medical records. Soveran gives no medical diagnosis.
We don’t share your check-ins with coaches, trainers or your school.
Who processes your data
Supabase: our database, sign-in and server functions.
OpenAI: Sove replies and syllabus import.
Apple: notifications and, later, Premium payments.
We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights and deletion
See and edit your data in the app. Delete what Sove remembers in Profile → What Sove remembers.
Delete your account in Profile → Delete Account. It permanently removes all your data.
